BIG ME: Money & Entrepreneurship Workshop (A Parent & Child Enterprise)

This year's Big Me Workshop is happening on June 28 at SMX Aura. This workshop is geared toward providing literacy education for both the parent and child/ren.

PROGRAM OVERVIEW

A half day focused on training and coaching that will empower every child to understand what money and entrepreneurship is all about. This event aims to awaken their entrepreneurial skills at a young age
and for them to understand the potential outcome
of entrepreneurship – Money.

This learning event will help the young about good practices on money, right mindsets and values, healthy habits, and valuable disciplines required in putting your resources at work.

The topics are divided to two major categories: money and entrepreneurship. Each category focuses on specific sub-topics. Find out what's in store for you in the Big Me.

ON MONEY Good Money Management Introduce money as a necessary “life skill” Filipino Values on Money Optimism towards money Identify your strengths and weaknesses that affect your attitude and decision making ability while young Financial Planning for Young People – “Roadmap to Financial Success” Decision making abilities one must acquire Plan. Spend. Save. Invest Wisely. Parental Guidance (What you need to learn at home) Intro to Checking Account, Savings Account, and Time Deposits Online and Banking Tutorial Understanding Bank Fees Understanding risks and ways to manage them Balance Sheets Money goals and priorities (SMART goals) Reasonable spending Budgeting Servant Leadership & Stewardship – “A capacity building mechanism” ON ENTREPRENEURSHIP Jumpstart your child’s entrepreneurial mindset Engage in a series of understanding about entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial leadership Create a feel of the business environment   Increase the awareness towards money Develop a habit of good and enterprising values and commitment Practice valuable disciplines towards money and business Why need to be enterprising? BIG ME Road Show 2014 is primarily designed to visit schools in NCR and conduct the seminar/ workshop to students, parents, teachers!

Participants from different institutions, universities, and government agencies in NCR can join this event.

Step 1: Request Booking Form from School Talk Admin

Step 2: Book with us your preferred date.

Requirements:

Authorize school representative to meet and coordinate with School Talk Officer (date, venue, time, participants profile).

Booking and Agreement Forms signed by both parties.

Big Meal 2:  17 to 21 years old
